Why EZ Art Frame?

Now you stretch a canvas yourself and it can be a professional finish every time!

If you have ever purchased a rolled-up canvas then gone to get it stretched you may you may have been shocked at the price. In many instances the cost is excessive! Maybe you have had a go at stretching a canvas – how good were your 90° corners? Now you can stretch a canvas yourself and it can be a professional finish every time!

Not only can you do it yourself but using this simple system, it will take minutes not hours to complete! EZ Art Frame is hand made in Australia and is a new, exciting and very different way you can stretch a canvas yourself. It is so much more than just a frame for stretching art, and so simple to use, and even re-use. It can be made to frame art on canvas, but can also be used for other art and craft like embroidery, quilting, and other fabrics that use a frame. It can be used for school art projects or even professional artists wanting a flexible frame that can be reused when each canvas is complete.
This patent pending system is versatile and can even fix some mistakes if a wooden side-piece is cut too short. So what is EZ Art Frame and how does it work? The EZ Art Frame is the brainchild of Dr Gavin Bedford who, after collecting Aboriginal art for the better part of 20 years, felt there had to be an easier and cheaper way to put canvas art on the wall!

Many large art pieces cost many hundreds of dollars to stretch on a frame when done professionally, so there had to be a way to make a frame then stretch the art in a manner that was not cost prohibitive! This patented system (and patent pending) uses a set of four 90° corners that allow four side-pieces of wood to be inserted to form a perfectly cornered frame. The hardest part of this system is cutting the wood but in reality this can be accomplished by anyone who can hold a saw!

The EZ Art Frame Range

The EZ Frame (Patent Pending) can be purchased from us directly and over time through reputable dealers and galleries.

Anyone purchasing the EZ Art Frame goes in to a draw to win an Aboriginal painting valued around $2000 and an EZ Art Frame to stretch it onto.. The terms and conditions of entry for the art prize are such that when the first 2500 frames are sold the prize will be drawn.
